Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jf777 may withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with the relevant clause of these Terms.

Players may request voluntary closure of their jf777 account at any time by contacting support via the email address in the footer. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, jf777 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of the closure request will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no active bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.
